Coach Bob Weir has been the Head Coach for the Plano Wildcats Boys Soccer team since 1977. In his 34 years of coaching the Wildcats, he has a winning percentage of .756 (record is 495 - 160 - 90) and has guided the Wildcats to a Texas record of 6 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS !

Born in Milford, Massachusetts - Coach Weir obtained a Masters Degree from Midwestern State University, an administrative certificate from Texas A&M - Commerce, and a USSF B Coaching Certificate. Coach Weir and his wife Pam have two sons - Jason and Matthew. Jason and his wife Jaalla have a daughter, Jacey Grace. Coach Weir teaches Physical Education at Harrington Elementary in Plano ISD. Coach Weir was named 2009 National Soccer Coach of the Year by the National Federation of State High School Associations. Coach Adams is in his 8th year with the Plano Wildcat Boy's Soccer team and in his 13th year with PISD. He graduated from Baylor University and is in his 18th year of teaching. Coach Adams currently teaches Latin at Plano Senior High School and Plano West. Coach Adams came to Plano with three years of prior coaching experience at South Grand Prairie High School. Doug's family consists of wife Amy, son Jonathan, and his daughter Ally.

Coach Marshall graduated form Oklahoma State University in 1989. He played on the OSU's Men's Soccer Club Team in 1987 and 1988. After a short time in business, he joined Plano ISD in 1992. This is Coach Marshall's 20th season to help the Wildcat Soccer program. He teaches and coaches football and track at Jasper High School.

Chris Reynolds is in his 17th year as an athletic trainer at PSHS. He graduated from Artesia High School in New Mexico and completed his Bachelor's Degree at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. He is married to Shannon and they have a daughter Carter and a son Caleb.

Joan Moulton is in her 10th year as an athletic trainer at PSHS. She graduated from Dodge High School in Nebraska and completed her understudies at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. She is married to Chris and they have a son Zachary.
